- Deputy Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs): Masters Degree, MBA in Marketing, Post Graduation Diploma in Mass Communication/ Social Work
- Deputy Director (Publication): Diploma in Printing Technology/ Publication, Degree in Science/ Arts
- Deputy Director (Library): Masters Degree/ Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Library Science/ Library
