- Civil Foundation and Building Expert: Degree in Civil Engineering
- Senior Environmental and Safeguard Expert: Masters Degree in Environmental Science/ Environmental Management/ Environmental Engineering
- Senior Social Safeguard Expert: Masters Degree in Social Science/ Social Work/ Social Management
